My project from the kit is due at guild Monday! I've decided to make 9 patches and perhaps set them on point with the solid fabric squares. I would have 12 blocks then, plus a couple more strips of fabric from the kit, and I could add some of my own fabric.
That would be a very simple, but pretty solution and I might be able to have a flimsy by Monday - at least something to show! :-)
