Binding Tutorial Step 4

 I sew on the diagonal line, then trim off the corner leaving about a 1/4" seam allowance. I use scissors for this and 'eyeball' the seam allowance, but you can measure the quarter inch seam allowance and use a rotary cutter if you want to be precise!

I press the seam open to reduce bulk when I fold the binding together to give it a final press with the iron.
